Processing Time All pralines are handmade in small batches. Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship nationwide via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Perishable Items Our pralines are made with fresh, natural ingredients. To ensure quality, we recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months (May–September). We are not responsible for quality issues caused by extended transit times in extreme heat.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at thepralinescene@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
